Chiral Receives Corporate Partner Prize from KDDI at SusHi Tech Challenge 2026

Chiral Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received the Corporate Partner Prize from KDDI Corporation at SusHi Tech Challenge 2026.

SusHi Tech Challenge 2026 is a startup pitch competition held under the theme of "Creating sustainable cities through cutting-edge technology." Chiral was selected as a semifinalist and presented its vision for advancing research infrastructure through computational science and AI.

At the competition, Chiral introduced its approach to building a more accessible and practical foundation for in-silico drug discovery. By connecting large-scale research data, computational tools, AI, and computing resources, Chiral aims to help researchers make better decisions, improve reproducibility, and accelerate scientific workflows.

We are honored to receive this recognition from KDDI Corporation. We see this award as an opportunity to explore how computational science infrastructure, powered by large-scale data and AI, can create new value across research, industry, and society.

While the specific direction of collaboration has not yet been determined, Chiral plans to continue discussions with KDDI on potential opportunities around data utilization, AI, and computational science infrastructure.
